LEGAL ASSISTANT - POST EXCHANGE

BROMLEY

SALARY NEGOTIABLE

My client, a leading law firm, are looking for a Post Exchange Assistant to join their team in their busy Bromley based office.

The role is full time and permanent and will involve providing direct support to a Senior Fee-Earner to ensure fee earning targets are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deal with all post completion formalities including Registration, Land Registry Forms and AP1s
  • Undertake on-line form filing requirements including SDLT forms
  • Preparation of completion statements
  • Attend to clients and agents both in person and on the telephone
  • Updating Online Lender Portal Management systems
  • General administration including opening, closing and storing of files

Experience and qualifications required:

  • Previous experience within a Residential AND/OR Commercial Property department
  • Advanced IT skills
  • The ability to work under pressure whilst still adhering to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
