Position Overview: Pharmacy Director (PharmD) (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, build, and scale mission-critical systems and products with measurable business impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Data, and Leadership to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Drive technical vision, code quality standards, and mentor colleagues at all levels.
  • Participate in strategic planning, OKR setting, and organizational roadmaps.

Compensation & Benefits Package:

  • Base Salary: $155,875 - $225,750/yr annually
  • Equity: Competitive RSU package with 4-year vest schedule
  • Bonus: Annual performance bonus (10–25% of base)

Requirements:
