Primary Teaching Assistant

We are in search of an outstanding, dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students with special needs. As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to primary school children.

• Committed to Safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children.
• To promote and reinforce their self-esteem & encourage their integration within the school community.
• Meeting physical needs as required whilst encouraging independence.
• Assist the class teacher and offer support in classroom activities.

Requirements:

• Available to work 08:30 - 16:00, Monday to Friday.
• Recent experience supporting children or adults with additional needs.
• Available immediately.
• Happy to apply for or already have an enhanced Child or Child and Adult DBS on the update service.
