About Our Client

This role is working as a Customer Service Advisor for a well known, Leeds Centre based firm for a minimum of 6 months. They are currently experiencing a very busy period and require some temporary support, with the potential for the role to turn permanent. This role is paid weekly each Friday.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be;

  • Processing customers applications
  • Making outbound calls to request information from customers
  • Updating internal records
  • Working to set time frames

The Successful Applicant

As the successful Customer Service Advisor you will;

  • Have previous customer service experience, whether that be face to face, office based or within a call centre
  • Be available at short notice
  • Good grammatical and organisational skills
  • Able to commit to a temporary assignment for a minimum of 6 months
