Position Overview & Specifications
Do you have a passion for working with people in an Adult Social Care or Health setting? Are you genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in people's lives? If so come and join us at Harvest View.
Harvest View will be an 80-bedded short term reablement centre based on Harvest Road, Rowley Regis.
Sandwell MBC and South West Birmingham NHS Trust are working in partnership to provide this service which will be opening in October 2022.
We are now recruiting Reablement Care Assistants
You will work with a service user through their person-centred plan and treatment programme, supporting them to regain their skills and confidence so that they can return home. This will be in conjunction with the Therapy team and Management team.
