Travel Service Partner / Retail Sales Consultant - Tesco Swansea Llansamlet Job Type: Part Time Hours per week: 16 Salary per annum: £11.50per hour + additional benefits listed below Working Patterns: Flexibility required across a variety of shifts between 8:30am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am - 6pm Saturday to Sunday. Joining us will feel like being part of a family, so although you will need to be comfortable working by yourself, you will get support across the business and engage with other Travelexer’s globally on our internal blog! So, what does the role involve?
  • Becoming a travel money ambassador, providing support and advice on great Travelex products and services
  • Building relationships and getting to know your customer whilst providing great customer service
  • Processing all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Administrative responsibilities in line with Travelex procedures
  • Delivering on key performance goals both procedural, operational and customer focused
  • Processing daily online request and deliveries
  • Working confidently on your own as well as part of a team
  • Implementing best practice around legal and regulatory standards and adhering to Travelex compliance procedures
  • Being able to adapt to working under pressure due to seasonal periods
