Wise May are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join a busy Estate Agents as an Accounts Administrator. The successful candidate will work alongside another Accounts Administrator.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process rents received and pay landlords.
  • Raise renewal invoices, Letting Fee Invoices and Sales invoices.
  • Raise rent invoices as appropriate.
  • Process deposit returns
  • Pay contractors.
  • Process sales and lettings fee payments received.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Can plan and organise own workload.
  • Can use their own initiative and is pro-activity.

Essential Experience:

  • Ideally experience within accounts but not essential.
